Hey! I found you MckMama's community. I definitely have blah days! And they seem to happen after a pretty good day.. at least for me. While I'm definitely not a pro at getting over the blahs, I know that calling a friend or sister helps me out. As well as making a big cup of tea and letting myself just be... just journal or read... just be. And know that it will pass!
ReplyDeleteI know the feeling! I think that some relaxation by yourself helps, sometimes a good cry, maybe some retail therapy. Hope you feel better!!
